This was a really fun project that allowed me to explore creative storytelling through sound and writing, as well as, visuals. Bayonet is a slow burn spy drama based on the government takeover of AlphaBay and Hansa, two of the world’s largest dark net markets.

The Problem
Create a story and title sequence from one word, “Bayonet.”
As I was researching what “bayonet” is linked to, I discovered a podcast from Darknet Diaries about Operation Bayonet where I learned about the international government takedown of Alphabay, the largest darknet market of its time. This ultimately led me to write a synopsis of the film, based off true events.
